Obama Birth Certificate - Lawsuit Challenging Validity
Two stalwart conservative Republicans, Hugh McInnish and Dean Johnson, have linked up with Virgil Goode, the Constitution Party's candidate for President, running as an independent in Alabama, to file a lawsuit asking that the Alabama Secretary of State require all candidates for President on the Alabama ballot prove their legitimacy by having a bone fide birth certificate sent to her. The suit was filed in Montgomery Circuit Court.
The plaintiffs in the suit are Hugh McInnish and Virgil Goode. They will be represented by attorney Dean Johnson of Huntsville and by nationally famed lawyer Larry Klayman. Klayman has been involved in numerous high profile cases, including the "hanging-chad" case in Florida in the election of 2000.
In order to achieve "standing" and have the court hear the case, one of the plaintiffs must be a political party or a candidate for president. Earlier, Dean and Hugh appealed to the Republican Party to sign on with them, but they declined.
Hugh and Dean cite the work of Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County Arizona. Arpaio, after a months long investigation concluded that there was probable cause to believe that forgery had been committed. This evidence will likely be involved in the lawsuit.

The Parties
HUGH McINNISH, a citizen of the State of Alabama, is a qualified Alabama elector, a
member of the Alabama Republican Executive Committee and the Madison County,
Alabama Republican Executive Committee. As an Alabama elector, as well as a political
party official, McINNISH hasa n interest in having all Presidential candidates on the
Alabama Presidential election ballot to meet the minimum constitutional
requirementfs or eligibility for the Office of President of the United States.
VIRGIL H. GOODE, JR. has qualified in Alabama to be an independent candidate for
President of the United States. and he is on the ballot of some 20 other states as
candidate for President under the Constitution Party.

by the British Nationality Act of 1948, Part I, Section I .
d. According to Immigration and Naturalization Service records, Barack Obama Sr.
was in the United States on a student visa, and was never a legal resident or citizen
of the United States.H e was later deportedf rom the United States.
e. The British Nationality Act of 1948 indicates that Mr. Obama was bom a British
subject, since his father, Barack Obama Sr., was a citizen of the British Colony of
Kenya. (British Nationality Act of 1948, Part II, Section 5).
f. According to "The Law of Nations," a "natural born citizen," as required by the
U.S. Constitution, is one who is bom to two U.S. citizen parents.
g. Since Mr. Obama was only bom to one parent who was a U.S. citizen, he is not a
"natural born citizen."
10. Mr. Obama is thus not an eligible natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution
to servei n the Office of the Presidento f the United States.

whitehouse occupant was born in Kenya Africa ( British Province ) under the name

Liberalism in Republican Leadership - Our Core Problem
It was the Republican Warren Court that removed the prayer and Bible reading from
the schools. It was Republicans in the US Senate that failed to
opposed the Clinton Motor Voter Law, that resulted in the registration
of millions of welfare recipients. That one law has resulted in the
net gain of several dozen of Democrat Congressman and the ultimate
loss of Republican control of Congress. The blame clearly belongs to
Republican Senators whose votes resulted in the passage of this bill.
Those liberal Republicans wanted to demonstrate that they could reach
across the aisle and work with Democrats, the example so often
demonstrated by the nonpartisan, maverick John McCain. No John McCain we are not
impressed that you can be a maverick and help liberal Democrats pass
bad legislation. The classic McCain-Feingold Act to suppress the
conservative and Christian voice has turned out not to be a good
thing. We Republicans seem to give a free pass to John McCain even
though his positions as presidential candidate are contrary to his
votes on drilling for oil, against the Bush Tax Cuts, and for abortion
and gun control.
The failed leadership of Republican Liberalism is the reason the
Republican Party took a whipping at the polls in 2006 and in 2008.

Bush and liberal Republicanism:

Bush's approval is 25 percent. Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton left office with ratings
more than twice as high.
But while John McCain and others have deplored the Bush failures, what, exactly, did he do wrong?
What were the policy blunders to which Republicans vehemently objected at the time?
That Bush is a Big Government Republican is undeniable. His two great social spending initiatives,
prescription drug benefits for seniors under Medicare and No Child Left Behind, so testify.
But how many Republicans opposed Bush on these initiatives? How many have called for the abolition of
either program, or for raising payroll taxes to pay for prescription drugs?
True, Bush sought amnesty for illegal aliens and backs the free-trade globalism that exported our
manufacturing base and 3 million to 4 million jobs. But McCain is even more enthusiastic about both.
Does the party dissent on free trade and mass immigration?
Two-thirds of Americans now believe the Iraq war a mistake. Yet, all but a few Republicans backed the war.
What turned America against the war was not the decision to invade, oust Saddam, destroy the weapons of
mass destruction and depart, but the long, bloody slog, the five-year war, with nearly 5,000 dead,
that Iraq became. It was not the lightning war of Tommy Franks, with journalists riding tanks into
Baghdad, that soured America, but the unanticipated duration and cost of the war.
Yet, Republicans still believe that the war was not a mistake, only mishandled.
How many Republicans have repudiated the Bush Doctrine that got us into Iraq -- the belief that only by
making the world democratic can we keep America secure and free?
Americans no longer believe that, if ever they did. And history proves them right.
For Iraq has never been democratic, and America has always been free.
Yet, the Republican Party has never renounced the Bush Doctrine
These two wars helped to cripple the Bush presidency and end the GOP ascendancy.
Yet, at the highest levels of the party, one hears no serious questioning of the ideology that produced
these wars. McCain has pledged to stay in Iraq until "victory" and send 10,000 more troops to Afghanistan.
The party says it is losing because the economy went south. But who caused that?
Was it not because Republicans colluded with Democrats in pushing "affordable housing," subprime mortgages,
for folks who could not afford houses?
Yet, still, the party remains in denial, refusing to come to terms with the causes of its misfortune.
One expects they will be given the time and opportunity for reflection soon.
