||

Mac Collins is our recommendation. Information on 3 Georgia Senate Candidates: Johnny Isakson His record, served in Congress since 1999. Abortion. On 27 key votes, the National Right to Life, shows that Congressman Isakson voted pro-a bortion on 5 out of 27 key votes on abortion www.grtl.org. Pro-abortion groups give Isakson highest rating of any Republican (and some Democrats) from Georgia. Congressman Isakson voted to allow abortions at military hospitals. Congressman Isakson received a rating of 84% from the American Conservative Union and Isakson is considered to be the most liberal in the race by most conservatives. <http://conservative.org> More on Johnny Isakson on the issues in his own words at his web site. Mac Collins. He has severed in Congress since 1992. Congressman Collins has received a rating of 100% from the National Right to Life and voted pro-life 100% on key votes www.grtl.org. Congressman Collins has been endorsed by both the National Right to Life and the Georgia Right to Life. Congressman Collins has been endorsed by American Conservative Union, where he has a 95% voting record. <http://conservative.org> Congressman Mac Collins has been endorsed by Christian Citizens http://www.ChristianCitizens.org because of his stand for the Ten Commandments. Congressman Collins has stood with Judge Roy Moore and co-sponsored the Ten Commandments Restoration Act. More on Mac Collins on the issues. Mac Collins has been endorsed by several main stream conservative organizations to include: National Republican Coalition for Life, Traditional Values Coalition, PAC Citizens United Political Victory Fund, Free Congress PAC, Named 'Hero of the Taxpayer' by Americans for Tax Reform, Concerned Women PAC, Government is not God PAC, Howard "Bo" Callaway, former Congressman and Secretary of the Army, and Ron Young, POW from the Iraq War Herman Cain. He has served as the CEO of Godfather's Pizza. He also has been endorsed by the Georgia Right to Life www.grtl.org. and by Rainbow PUSH's Southeastern Operations Director Joe Beasley. Hermain Cain has identified himself with conservative causes. As a speaker, he articulates conservative values very well. Herman Cain has made the cause of civil rights a major issue. Herman Cain favors Federal Government intervention in the work place on the behalf of blacks and minorities. Republican U.S. Senate candidate Herman Cain issued a glowing statement commemorating the Civil Rights Act of 1964, read it on his web site. Here's some analysis from Louis Jacobson in the March 6, 1999 edition of The National Journal: "But unlike many in his party, Cain opposes school vouchers for private schools and backs efforts only to 'revisit,' not eliminate, affirmative action. He declined to give his position on abortion rights. In the primaries, Cain's moderate social stances could pose problems." In 1999: When his own run against Bush fizzled, Cain endorsed Steve Forbes, who was (and, likely, still is) known to be quite moderate on the abortion issue and continued his anti-Bush campaign, saying that by electing Bush, Republicans will have "shortchanged ourselves as a party." (Source: Conservative News Service, July 1, 1999) -From WSB Debate Another area where Cain differed from his opponents was over the reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act and Affirmative Action. Both Collins and Isakson, feel the law should apply fairly to every state or should be abolished entirely. Cain, who has been endorsed by Rainbow/PUSH's Southeastern operations director Joe Beasley, stated he would vote for reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act.
